A Swiss airport with a French exit

Geneva Airport is unusual: it sits on the Swiss border and has both a Swiss and a French sector. Which side you come out of matters. Most arrivals use the Swiss sector, but some flights — and some car rental and coach operations — route through the French side, and the two are not casually walkable with luggage.

Tell us your flight number and we handle it. Your driver meets you in the correct arrivals hall with a name board. If your onward journey crosses into France — Chamonix, Morzine, the Portes du Soleil — that is a normal booking for us, not a complication. Our vehicles and drivers are documented for cross-border work, which not every Swiss operator can say.

Saturday is not like the other six days

Almost every alpine chalet changes over on a Saturday, so almost every transfer happens on a Saturday. The roads into the Valais and up to the French resorts carry a season's worth of traffic in a single day, and a journey that takes 1 h 50 on a Tuesday can take three hours in peak week.

We build that into the quote rather than discovering it together on the road. It is also the reason we ask for ski and board counts up front: a vehicle that fits six people does not necessarily fit six people's equipment, and February is a bad time to find that out in a car park.

What people ask us.

Will my driver meet me on the Swiss or the French side?

Whichever your flight arrives into — we check the flight number when you book. Your confirmation names the meeting point, and your driver's mobile number is on it.

Can you take me from Geneva into France?

Yes. Chamonix, Morzine, Avoriaz, Les Gets and the rest of the French Alps are routine for us, and our vehicles and drivers are documented for cross-border work.

Are your vehicles equipped for snow?

Yes. Winter tyres are fitted for the season as standard and chains are carried on mountain routes. This is not an optional extra you have to remember to add.

How much luggage and ski equipment can I bring?

Tell us the numbers when you book — suitcases, ski bags and board bags separately. Equipment takes far more space than people expect, and we would rather send a larger vehicle than leave a bag behind.

Is it cheaper to share a transfer?

Our pricing is per vehicle, so a group already shares by default. Four people in one V-Class pay one price between them, which usually beats four separate seats on a shared shuttle — and you go straight to your door rather than round six other chalets first.
