Zurich Airport puts almost all international arrivals through Arrival 1 or Arrival 2, and both funnel into the same landside meeting area. Your chauffeur waits there with a name board — not at a rank outside, and not in a car park you have to find. If you land at a remote stand and take the Skymetro, that is already accounted for.

We track your flight from the moment it leaves. If you are two hours late, your driver is two hours later. If you land early, your driver is already there. There is no charge for the delay, because we watched it happen rather than starting a meter when we said we would.

The standard allowance is 60 minutes of free waiting after an international landing, which covers passport control and baggage reclaim in almost every case. Long-haul arrivals into a busy morning bank occasionally run past it, and we do not penalise you for a queue you did not create.

Zurich is the practical gateway to central and eastern Switzerland, and the drive is often faster and always simpler than the equivalent rail journey with luggage. These are the runs we do most:

Which vehicle you need

The V-Class handles most arrivals comfortably: up to six passengers with real luggage, or four travelling with skis. Above that, the Sprinter takes a family group or a small delegation without splitting anyone into a second car. For conferences and incentive groups we run touring coaches up to 49 seats — the same company, the same invoice, the same standard, which is unusual in this market.

If you are unsure, book the size you think you need and tell us the luggage in the notes. We would rather send a bigger vehicle at the quoted price than watch you repack on the kerb.

Where exactly will my driver meet me at Zurich Airport?

In the public arrivals hall for your terminal, holding a name board. You do not need to find a car park or a taxi rank. If anything is unclear when you land, your driver's mobile number is in your confirmation email.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Nothing, from your side. We track the flight number you give us and move the pickup automatically. Delays outside your control are not charged as waiting time.

How much does a transfer from Zurich Airport cost?

It depends on the distance and the vehicle, and you see the price before you commit — enter your destination in the booking form and the quote appears immediately. A short run into Zürich city is a very different figure to a three-hour drive to Zermatt, and we would rather show you the real number than a starting-from price.

Can you carry skis, snowboards or golf clubs?

Yes, but tell us in advance so we send the right vehicle. Skis and boards significantly reduce passenger capacity — six people with six sets of skis is a Sprinter, not a V-Class.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, free of charge, but they must be requested when you book. Swiss law requires an appropriate restraint for children under 12 and under 150 cm, and we will not carry a child without one.

Is the price per person or per vehicle?

Per vehicle. Four people travelling together pay the same as one, which is why a private transfer often beats individual train tickets for a family or a group.
