Corporate transport, from one car to the whole delegation.

The reason companies keep our number is not the cars. It is that one call covers a chairman in a V-Class and two hundred delegates in coaches, with a single point of contact and a single invoice.

What we handle

  • Executive travel — airport arrivals, meetings, discreet point-to-point
  • Conference and congress transport — phased airport arrivals, hotel-to-venue shuttles, gala dinners
  • Delegations and roadshows — multi-city programmes with the same driver throughout
  • Incentive travel — full programmes combining transfers, tours and evening movements
  • Site visits — including cross-border, which is common for Basel pharma and Geneva institutions
  • Events — WEF Davos, Art Basel, the Geneva shows and the trade-fair calendar

Why single-supplier matters more than it sounds

A hundred-person event is never one vehicle. It is coaches for the main movement, a Sprinter for the crew, and executive cars for the speakers — and the difficult part is never the driving. It is the coordination when something moves: a delayed flight, a session that overruns, a dinner brought forward an hour.

Split across three suppliers, every change is three phone calls and no single owner. With us, one contact reaches every driver, the vehicles are briefed together, and you get one invoice — which is normally the part finance cares about most.

Vehicle at disposal

For a day of meetings, separate point-to-point bookings are usually the wrong shape. A vehicle and driver at disposal stays with you: luggage and coats remain in the car, there is no gap between finishing early and finding transport, and no scramble when a meeting overruns.

It is priced by time rather than by journey, and longer bookings automatically attract a better hourly rate. For anything beyond three movements in a day it is almost always both simpler and cheaper.

Discretion and reliability

Licensed professional drivers, appropriately presented, who understand that the passenger may be on a call for the entire journey and does not want conversation. Fixed pricing agreed in advance — no surge, no meter, no surprises on an expense claim. And a company that can be reached at three in the morning when a flight diverts, which is generally when it matters.

Questions

What people ask us.

Can you handle a large conference or congress?

Yes — phased airport arrivals, hotel-to-venue shuttles and evening movements, coordinated as one booking across as many vehicles as it takes.

Do you invoice on account?

Yes. Corporate bookings are invoiced rather than paid at the point of travel, and multi-vehicle events come as a single consolidated invoice.

What does "vehicle at disposal" mean?

The vehicle and driver stay with you for a half or full day rather than dropping and leaving. It is priced by time and is usually better value than separate bookings once you have three or more movements in a day.

Can the same driver stay with us for a multi-day programme?

Yes, and it is what we recommend. Continuity means the driver learns the programme rather than being briefed fresh each morning.

Do you operate at WEF Davos?

Yes, regularly. WEF requires planning weeks in advance for both vehicles and accreditation — see our Zurich Airport to Davos page for the detail.

Can you drive to sites outside Switzerland?

Yes. Germany, France, Austria and Italy are routine, with the documentation for commercial cross-border operation in place.
