It is the coordination when something moves: a delayed flight, a session that overruns, a dinner brought forward an hour.

Vehicle at disposal

For a day of meetings, separate point-to-point bookings are usually the wrong shape. A vehicle and driver at disposal stays with you: luggage and coats remain in the car, there is no gap between finishing early and finding transport, and no scramble when a meeting overruns.

It is priced by time rather than by journey, and longer bookings automatically attract a better hourly rate. For anything beyond three movements in a day it is almost always both simpler and cheaper.
