Coach and minibus hire, 1 to 49 passengers.
Most chauffeur companies stop at a van. Most coach companies will not send a car. We run the whole range — which means one supplier, one contact and one invoice, however your group splits.
The fleet, and what each size is for
Choosing the right vehicle is mostly about luggage and comfort rather than the seat count alone:
- Mercedes V-Class — up to 6. Executives, small families, airport runs where discretion matters
- Mercedes Sprinter — up to 21. The workhorse: departments, wedding parties, small delegations, ski groups
- VDL Futura — up to 30. Full coach comfort with hold luggage, for day tours and longer transfers
- Setra S415 GT-HD — up to 49. Long-distance touring coach for conferences, incentives and multi-day programmes
Why one operator across all sizes matters
A group of 80 is not one vehicle. It is a Setra and a Sprinter, or two coaches and a V-Class for the speakers, and the hard part is not the driving — it is the coordination. Arrivals spread across a day, a keynote who lands separately, a dinner that needs everyone moving at once.
When that is split across three suppliers, every timing change becomes three phone calls and nobody owns the outcome. With us it is one point of contact, one set of drivers briefed together, and one invoice at the end — which is usually what finance actually cares about.
What we run most
- Conference and congress transport — airport arrivals, hotel-to-venue shuttles, gala dinners
- Incentive and corporate trips — multi-day programmes with the same vehicle and driver throughout
- Group airport transfers — Zurich, Geneva, Basel, and cross-border
- Ski groups — clubs, schools and families, with the luggage capacity that actually implies
- Weddings — guest shuttles between ceremony, reception and hotels
- Day tours — Lucerne, the Jungfrau, the Rhine Falls and the alpine passes
How pricing works for groups
Coaches are priced by time with the vehicle and driver, not by head. A day is a day whether you fill every seat or not, which means the per-person cost falls as the group grows — and it is why splitting a group across two suppliers usually costs more than keeping it together.
For multi-day programmes the vehicle and driver stay with you, so the coach is available between the scheduled movements rather than disappearing and being rebooked. Longer bookings attract a better hourly rate automatically.
Questions
What people ask us.
What size groups can you handle?
From one passenger to 49 in a single vehicle, and larger groups across multiple vehicles coordinated as one booking with one invoice.
Do you provide the driver?
Always. We do not offer self-drive. Every vehicle comes with a professional, licensed driver, and for multi-day programmes the same driver stays with your group.
Can you drive outside Switzerland?
Yes. Germany, Austria, France, Italy and the wider EU are routine, and our vehicles and drivers are documented for cross-border work.
How is coach hire priced?
By time with the vehicle and driver rather than per passenger, so the per-person cost falls as the group grows. Longer bookings attract a better hourly rate automatically.
Can the coach stay with us for several days?
Yes — that is the usual arrangement for conferences and incentive trips. The vehicle and driver remain at your disposal for the programme rather than being rebooked between movements.
Do the coaches have luggage capacity for a ski group?
The 30 and 49-seat coaches have proper hold luggage, which is what makes them right for ski groups. Tell us the equipment counts and we will confirm the fit before you commit.
