Denmark, and the bridge to Sweden.
Copenhagen is compact, flat and beautifully served by its own metro, so we will tell you plainly when you do not need us. Where we earn our place is the cruise terminal, the group work and the bridge across to Sweden.
Where we collect
Copenhagen Kastrup is about twenty minutes from the centre and is one of the easier airports in Europe to arrive at. Billund serves Jutland and LEGOLAND, and we also collect from Aarhus and Aalborg.
The other significant arrival point is the Ocean Quay cruise terminal at Nordhavn, which is a Baltic turnaround port on a large scale. On a changeover morning several thousand passengers move at once, and the terminal approach is not somewhere to improvise.
The routes we run most
- Copenhagen airport to the city hotels, Nyhavn and Frederiksberg
- Airport or hotel to the Ocean Quay cruise terminal at Nordhavn
- Copenhagen to Malmö and Lund across the Øresund Bridge, under an hour
- Copenhagen to Helsingør, Kronborg and the Louisiana museum
- Billund to LEGOLAND and the Jutland hotels
- Congress and corporate work at Bella Center and the city venues
Honest advice, a bridge and a cruise clock
The metro from the airport to the centre takes about fifteen minutes and runs constantly. If you are one or two people with light luggage and a hotel in the middle of town, take it. We would rather say so than sell you a car you do not need. Where the transfer wins is a family with cases, a group, an early or late arrival, or an address the metro does not go near.
The Øresund Bridge makes Sweden a local journey. Malmö is under an hour from central Copenhagen and Lund not much more, so a Danish booking quite often ends in another country. The crossing is tolled, occasionally subject to identity checks, and entirely routine. The toll is inside your quoted price.
Cruise days run to the ship's clock. Give us the vessel and the all-aboard or docking time rather than your preferred pickup time, and we will work backwards. On a big turnaround morning the difference between planning it that way and not is about an hour.
Questions
What people ask us.
Should I just take the metro from the airport?
If you are one or two people with light luggage going to a central hotel, honestly yes. It is about fifteen minutes and runs constantly. The transfer is worth it for families, groups, early or late arrivals, and addresses the metro does not serve.
Can you drive from Copenhagen to Sweden?
Yes, regularly. Malmö is under an hour across the Øresund Bridge and Lund a little further. The toll is included and there are occasionally identity checks at the Swedish end.
Do you serve the cruise terminal?
Yes, at Ocean Quay in Nordhavn. Give us the ship and the all-aboard time and we plan backwards from it, which matters on a morning when thousands of people are moving at once.
How long is Copenhagen airport to the city?
About 20 minutes by road in normal traffic.
Do you cover Jutland and Billund?
Yes. Billund for LEGOLAND and the Jutland hotels, plus Aarhus and Aalborg.
Can you handle a congress at Bella Center?
Yes, including phased airport arrivals and hotel to venue shuttles, coordinated as one booking with one invoice.
